Plumbing and Valves – Jandy Operation
Jandy Valve Operation
Here is how a Jandy valve operates. When you turn the handle of the valve, a diverter inside the valve blocks the water flow through the port adjacent to the OFF lettering on the valve. The two way valve on the left is fairly straightforward. The three way valve can be a bit confusing, but just remember that where the handle says OFF, the flow is blocked off.
