UniCover is an accessory intended to allow automatic pool cleaners

to easily pass across raised suction outlet covers. UniCover is not a suction outlet cover nor is it

permanently installed. It is NOT intended to be a suction outlet cover and NOT intended to take the

place of a properly and permanently installed suction outlet cover.

The Virginia Graeme Baker (VGB) Pool and Spa Safety Act addresses permanently installed suction

outlets and their associated permanently installed covers by requiring them to be listed or

certified as being compliant with the requirements of the latest published edition of the standard

for “Suction Fittings for Use in Swimming Pools, Wading Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs” (ASME/ANSI

A112.19.8).

UniCover MUST ONLY be used with a properly installed, VGB-compliant suction outlet and cover.
