Ortega Valves

Ortega valves are the older three port valves.  They work in similar fashion to the Jandy valves.  The handle points
in the direction of the open port.  The center port to the pump is always open.  This valve can be used to open one or both of the other ports. 
Here are some pictures of Ortega valves in actual installations.  They are an older style of valve and are rarely installed today (except for the Ortega check valves,
which are still fairly popular).
