Chlorine Stabilizer (isocyanuric Acid) is added to pool water to stabilize the chlorine molecules and minimize the loss of chlorine through evaporation. Chlorine Stabilizer is completely soluble in water and is effective in stabilizing the chlorine residual of all types of chlorine in pool water.
